Secrets and Collection Coverage
PAPERHEAD's full-game Xbox achievement list includes “Find ALL lore!” for 100G. That is a published collection objective, recorded by Exophase. The total number of lore items and their locations: Not yet confirmed. Whether finding all lore also means finding every secret: Not yet confirmed.
This page separates that objective from the resources described in launch coverage. Lore, ordinary paper clips and golden paper clips have different described roles. Their existence does not establish a single combined completion checklist or a total secret count.
Lore and the All-Lore Objective
I Dream of Indie Games' launch review describes a lore map that organizes story information collected throughout the levels. This provides context for the all-lore achievement: the game has collected story information as well as combat and progression challenges.
The achievement description says to find all lore, but it does not name the items, place them in a chapter order or explain how to check a completed collection. The lore map's exact completion indicators, chapter totals and any relationship to an ending: Not yet confirmed.
The PAPERHEAD achievements guide includes the complete recorded Xbox description-and-score list. That list also contains short discovery descriptions, including petting the chill boy, alongside cryptic phrases. Their actual locations and unlock triggers: Not yet confirmed. A description alone does not identify a collectible or prove that it belongs to the all-lore requirement.
Paper Clips and Their Reported Uses
Verac's publisher-sponsored launch coverage describes ordinary paper clips as currency used at store terminals. According to that video, the terminals offer health, armor, ammunition and golden paper clips. Verac describes golden paper clips as the resource spent on the upgrade tree.
The same coverage reports that golden paper clips can also be found through exploration, and that purchasing them from a store becomes more expensive after successive purchases. Exact pickup locations, prices and a price formula: Not yet confirmed.
| Item or objective | What the available account establishes |
|---|---|
| Lore | The Xbox list includes an objective to find all lore; I Dream of Indie Games describes a lore map. |
| Ordinary paper clips | Verac describes them as currency for store terminals. |
| Golden paper clips | Verac describes them as upgrade-tree resources, available through exploration or store purchases. |
Verac says he personally favored buying golden paper clips and relied on combat for much of his health and ammunition. That is an attributed approach, rather than an established purchase priority for every player. A complete upgrade list and a verified spending order for a collection run: Not yet confirmed.

The official overview describes drawing doors with the pencil and kicking them open. It does not identify every surface where that interaction works. A general door-drawing mechanic cannot supply a specific hidden-room route. Use the PAPERHEAD walkthrough coverage for documented mechanics and the current status of chapter progression information.
Full Game and EP.0 Collection Guides
PAPERHEAD and PAPERHEAD EP.0 are separate Steam releases: app 2680280 for the full game and app 3008200 for the prologue. EP.0 has 11 Steam achievements, while the full-game Steam listing has 25 and the recorded Xbox list has 25.
Whether an EP.0 secret location, collection route or return rule also applies to the full release: Not yet confirmed. Keep the release visible when comparing guides, especially videos that describe EP.0 itself as a full game. A prologue collection checklist does not establish full-game completion.
